Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team at ClimateMaster. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a custom air handler manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble, package, and manufacture equipment and products.
  • Utilize and operate handheld power tools such as a screw and drill gun.
  • Ability to read and understand measurements.
  • Lift and position raw materials.
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork or checklists.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Train less experienced team members in all functions of the job role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to open and view PDF documents.
  • Certificates & Licenses: Valid, Oklahoma Driver License.
  • Other Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented and ability to adapt to a variety of issues that require prompt and efficient resolutions.
