Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in New York. As a Sales Specialist, you will work in the Division responsible for selling FCL and air transportation services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify new customer requirements and provide price offers for new requests to maximize order volume.
  • Establish and renew contractual relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Participate in tender preparations and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and support.
  • Prepare and submit quotes for all requests and order releases.
  • Update customer communication history in their profiles.
Requirements
  • 3PL and sales experience.
  • Understanding of the United States transportation industry.
  • Experience with FCL and air freight sales or operations.
  • Existing customer portfolio in FCL and air freight business (an advantage).
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail and quick execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
