Lead Our Quality Efforts

We seek a dedicated Quality Manager to drive our quality management system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our quality program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Management System: Design, implement, and maintain our cloud-based quality management system, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
  2. Nonconformance/CAPA Program: Oversee our Nonconformance/Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, investigating field and efficacy complaints, and developing action plans to address them.
  3. Quality Reporting: Present quality-related incidents and resolutions to our Director, Manufacturing, and EVP, Operations, on a monthly and quarterly basis, respectively.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Lead internal and external Continuous Improvement activities, focusing on operational excellence and quality initiatives.
  5. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with five to ten years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
