Key Responsibilities- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient progress, including changes in condition and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound care and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- Minimum of six months of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Experience in wound care and management.
- Certification in wound care or a related field.
This position requires frequent lifting of objects up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. The work environment is typically well-lit, comfortable, and temperature-controlled.
