Job Overview:

Eliot's Clubhouse is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting mental health recovery and empowering individuals in their communities. As a Mental Health Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional who shares our passion for mental health recovery and community empowerment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person-centered supports and services.
  • Develop individualized Action Plans for each assigned program member.
  • Co-create and engage groups of members in meaningful work that provides therapeutic daily structure and vocational preparation.
  • Promote linkage to natural community-based supports.
  • Co-create and facilitate workshops pertinent to recovery, education, and independent living skills.
  • Provide flexible on-site and off-site employment support as needed for members.
  • Explain and plan Social Security work incentives, SNAP benefits, etc.
  • Responsible for timely completion of required documentation.
  • Participate in member transportation with the program van.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
