Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Specialist to support our outpatient and intensive outpatient clinic. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide clinical services based on best practices, collaborate with psychiatrists and colleagues in diagnosis and treatment planning, and advocate for clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary clinician for caseload, conducting intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and developing initial recovery plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, adapting to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Assess clients' abilities, mental health status, needs, and ongoing appropriateness of services, and assist them in developing and implementing individual recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff regarding inpatient treatment and discharge planning, and serve as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources.
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field required.
  • Clinical experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and electronic health records systems (EHR) essential.
Salary and Benefits:
