We are a dedicated non-profit organization focused on delivering professional and impactful education to at-risk youth involved in DMH congregate programs. Our mission is to support students across numerous small residential programs throughout Massachusetts.
We are particularly seeking licensed teachers for Massachusetts Secondary (grades 8-12) Content and/or Special Education, who have experience working with at-risk populations. However, we are also open to considering unlicensed educators who aspire to achieve teacher certification. Our teaching philosophy is rooted in kindness, patience, and adaptability.
