We are seeking a skilled Locum OBGYN Physician to join our team at MercyOne Clinton. As a Locum OBGYN Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in both OB and GYN, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to participate in weekend call and be available to cover 1-2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting
  • Participate in weekend call and be available to cover 1-2 weeks per month
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Have experience in both OB and GYN
Requirements:
  • Board Certified - OB/GYN
  • BLS & NRP & EFM
  • Active IA license or IMLC
  • Must be available at least 1 full week per month (including clinic and weekend call)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Emergency C Sections
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Malpractice
  • Orientation
  • Hourly or Daily (for clinic) - capped at $400 per day
  • Holiday Hourly or Daily
  • On Call (Daily) - capped at $400 with a minimum of 4 hours gratis
  • 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate
  • Night Call
  • Holiday Night Call
  • Call Back
  • Holiday Call Back
  • Conversion Fee - capped at $5,000
Lodging:

We offer a competitive lodging package, including:

  • BR20/night cap (taxes/fees included)
  • BR0/day rental car
  • Mileage is IRS Standard Rate if driving personal vehicle

On Call Requirements:

24 Hour Call - Delivery/C-Sections (Friday 5p - Monday 7a); can potentially cover weeknight call as well if interested
