Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Director of People + Culture will ensure a harmonious and respectful workplace culture. This role is integral in shaping the employee experience and aligning our workforce with the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives related to People + Culture.
  • Guide and support ongoing organizational change, providing insights on personnel decisions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Develop actionable plans to boost and sustain high levels of employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
  • Advise on best practices and provide counsel regarding employee performance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within People + Culture; hotel industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to attract and recruit talent for various roles.
  • Strong partnership skills to collaborate effectively with leaders and team members.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on discretion.
