About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Tech to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a Special Procedures Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate medical diagnostic imaging equipment and assist in imaging procedures such as angiography and cardiac catheterization.
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe and competent manner.
  • Accurately perform technical radiographic procedures and obtain high-quality radiographic images.
  • Assist in administration of contrast media and maintain effective communication with patients and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Associate Degree.
