Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing duties directly involved with a variety of procedures using specialized Magnetic Resonance Equipment for screening and diagnostic purposes in accordance with established protocols and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and safe imaging results.
  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement protocols for MRI procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during MRI procedures.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification with MRI.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
