As a 4-H Agent and Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles, food safety, and environmental stewardship in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for families, youth, and communities on topics such as nutrition, food safety, and consumer education.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote the University of Georgia's Cooperative Extension programs.
  • Provide leadership and support to 4-H youth programs, including club development, event planning, and volunteer management.
  • Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to secure funding and resources for program initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
