Position Overview:
The Outpatient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the outpatient department operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


The Coordinator guarantees that outpatient programs adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards set forth by federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC quality care standards.


The Coordinator supervises the performance of non-clinical outpatient staff and oversees office processes to enhance the patient experience.


Qualifications:

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver's license preferred.

CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) must be obtained within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient interaction.

Experience:
Prior experience in healthcare or an inpatient setting is preferred.

Experience with clerical responsibilities is essential.
