About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As an Assistant Coach, you will play a vital role in leading our young athletes in fun and educational soccer activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Coach in leading soccer classes for children aged [insert age range]
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has a positive experience and achieves success
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Coach to create a non-competitive and stress-free environment
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continuously improve coaching skills
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
  • A positive mindset and a willingness to have fun while teaching
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 18 years old or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
