About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pegasus Residential. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Resident Service Requests: Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Participate in regular preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall condition of our properties.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and ensure that all equipment and tools are properly cared for and stored.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including management and leasing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role, with a focus on supervisory or management responsibilities.
  • Certifications: EPA or CPO certification a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
