Housekeeping/Laundry/Breakfast Position

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping/Laundry/Breakfast team as a floater. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic housekeeping duties, including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting. They will also work with a team of housekeepers on each shift, keep workstations and equipment clean and organized, and assist with laundry and breakfast duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, and cleaning rooms
• Work collaboratively with a team of housekeepers to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including workstations and equipment
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linen and terry
• Stock and restock breakfast buffet and assist with food preparation as needed
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and other areas of the hotel
• Assist guests with special requests and provide allergy information as needed

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
