Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Giri Hotel Management LLC. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic housekeeping duties, including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Report and return any guest properties that were left behind.
  • Report cases of property damage to supervisor.
  • Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
  • Assist the Housekeeping department in collecting soiled linen from rooms and distributing cleaning linen.
  • Wash, dry, and fold linen and terry.
  • Monitor/replenish chemicals used in laundry equipment.
  • Clean dryer lint traps to prevent risk of fires.
  • Stock/restock breakfast buffet.
  • Greet guests and start their morning off on the right foot.
  • Clear, clean and sanitize tables.
  • Help guests with any special requests/allergy information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
