Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personas, customer journeys, conceptual prototypes, and responsive interfaces that follow interaction design and usability best practices.
  • Develop clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs and recommendations.
  • Perform competitive brand assessments and provide innovative alternatives, as well as research and understand design and technology trends.
  • Advocate the benefits of accessible experience and visual design with clients and team members.
  • Present and articulate creative solutions to internal teams and clients with confidence, leading brainstorming sessions.
  • Discuss scope and level of effort (LOE) with senior creative team members and account team members.
  • Contribute to methodologies, capabilities, approaches, and toolset, attending and leading CX meetings and trainings.
  • Mentor others about design, providing design oversight and art direction for visual and interaction designers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context.
  • 4-year+ degree in design, fine arts, or similar preferred.
  • Proven written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
  • Figma expertise is preferred, with proficiency in comparable design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD). Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint.
  • Experience with video editing, motion design, and designing for AR/VR are pluses.
  • Working familiarity with the role of Product Designer is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards is a plus.
