  • Health, Safety, and Quality: Participate in, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and lean initiatives and requirements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Mechanical and Technical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and technical principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Industrial Experience: Have 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, maintenance environment, with a proven track record of success and a strong work ethic.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a college degree or certificate in a technical area or related field, and possess current certification to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, side-loaders, and cherry pickers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Language and Math Skills: Possess basic computer knowledge to complete data entry, and be able to read and write English, with the ability to perform basic math problems.
