As a bilingual leasing agent, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and closing leases at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Qualification: Greet prospects, ask questions, and utilize guest cards to qualify leads.
  • Lease Administration: Record all telephone and in-person visits, file guest cards, and maintain reports according to established procedures.
  • Community Tours: Provide tours of available units, communicate product knowledge, and close sales.
  • Application Processing: Assist prospects in completing applications, secure deposits, and update availability reports.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with prospects, secure new resident signatures, and orient new residents to the community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish): Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Leasing Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in apartment leasing.
  • Apartment Software: Familiarity with apartment software is a plus.
  • Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
