The Senior Project Portfolio Manager is essential to our success, overseeing the Credit Risk department's Enterprise Project Portfolio. This role encompasses managing portfolio intake, assessing impacts, prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and ensuring performance aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio and Roadmap Management: Sustain and manage the Credit Risk initiative portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overarching roadmap. Communicate updates regarding CR initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiative Assessment and Assignment: Evaluate new Credit Risk initiatives and assign them to appropriate teams based on expertise and capacity.
  • Budget Tracking: Collaborate with the Credit Risk Operations Support Team for budget oversight, ensuring clear communication regarding initiative prioritization and release schedules.
  • Governance and Reporting: Lead the corporate governance process, ensuring compliance and maintaining documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Initiative Management: Deliver individual initiatives as required, adhering to operational guidelines.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Experience: 4-7 years in project management or portfolio leadership, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with various project management methodologies is essential.

Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are crucial.
