Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily functions of the transfer and articulation office.

  • Facilitate collaboration between college representatives and counterparts at partner institutions to create and sustain articulation agreements.

  • Collaborate with enrollment management and student services to support student success.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of current articulation agreements to ensure alignment with curricular standards.
  • Utilize institutional research data to identify and promote effective transfer pathways.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of transfer-related data and documentation.
  • Prepare data for institutional reporting requirements.
  • Participate in professional development meetings and workshops.
  • Update and manage the college's transfer guide and related online resources.
  • Employ technology to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement data management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
  • Serve as the college's representative for student honor societies and support student engagement initiatives.
  • Assist students in accessing transfer opportunities and scholarship information.
  • Prepare promotional materials related to transfer services and articulation.
Qualifications


A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution along with three years of relevant experience in admissions, transfer services, or student support within a higher education environment is required. Candidates should possess knowledge of contemporary transfer and articulation practices, experience working with diverse student populations, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and student information systems is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree in a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with educational regulations and transfer practices in higher education.
