Job Summary

Circle K Stores, Inc. is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of refrigeration and HVAC systems, including filter changes, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair faulty or inoperative refrigeration and HVAC systems and associated equipment, including welding and soldering copper and steel tubing.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards, as well as Circle K's safety procedures and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of required parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment, and maintain a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and safety training classes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Circle K Supervisors to facilitate repairs and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems, including diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
