Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product questions, ordering, and order tracking
  • Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
  • Retrieve information for the credit department
  • Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable
  • Answer incoming calls and take sales orders from sales representatives and customers
  • Assist walk-in counter customers and receive cash payments
  • Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Customer Service or sales experience
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
