Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering exceptional care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
