Compensation: Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Become a vital member of the Modular Services Construction Team.
  • Engage in comprehensive training on operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and coordinators on various construction projects.
  • Gain insights into the assembly and installation of commercial modular structures.
  • Build relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Participate in the preparation of estimates and bids for projects.

Long-Term Expectations:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of offsite construction workflows.
  • Demonstrate effective project management skills, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with the project management team, clients, and vendors.
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions and share insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conduct quality control assessments on work performed.
  • Communicate change orders to the project team.
  • Ensure subcontractors adhere to their contracted scopes of work.
  • Coordinate inspections with local authorities.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress.
  • Maintain a daily log of job site activities.
  • Oversee multiple job sites simultaneously.
  • Ensure job sites are organized and clean.
  • Conduct job progress inspections and punch list identification.
  • Assist estimating teams with site inspections for budgeting and bidding.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, SAGE 300).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant site management experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of California prevailing wage laws.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction trades.
