**Responsibilities**

  • **Parts Sales Process**: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • **Part Location**: Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock, ensuring that customers receive the parts they need in a timely manner.
  • **Special Order Requests**: Complete special order part requests for customers, ensuring that they receive the parts they need.
  • **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers on parts status, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the service they receive.
  • **Team Communication**: Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that everyone is informed and satisfied.
  • **Safety and Regulations**: Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: Must have experience with auto parts sales.
  • **Work Environment**: Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • **Physical Demands**: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • **Skills**: Have strong organizational and time management skills, are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
