Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $39,212.24 (based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year), with a starting hourly rate of $19.06/hour.

Job Summary

As an Armed Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve effectively.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Pass a drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
  • Licensing requirements may apply, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
