We are in search of Medical Assisting experts to join our instructional team. As a faculty member, you will deliver practical, hands-on training in a stimulating educational setting, utilizing innovative teaching strategies to enrich the learning experience and meet educational objectives.
This position is ideal for professionals in the Medical Assisting field. Our academic terms span five weeks, and our class sizes are intentionally kept small, providing faculty with an optimal environment to share their specialized industry knowledge. Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in a Health Care discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
- Relevant technical certification or licensure (if applicable).
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Current Certification of Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred.
- Two years of teaching or presentation experience is advantageous.
Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications with a quick adaptability to new software.
- Experience with online learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
