Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team. As an Ultrasound Technician at Medical City Dallas, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Responsibilities
  • Receives, initiates, and implements orders for ultrasound sonography exams/procedures using a high degree of quality and timeliness.
  • Operates and maintains ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepares patients for exams, explaining procedures and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an American Medical Association-approved school of ultrasound or equivalent internship.
  • Current licensure with the RDMS.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
