Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Assess patients' physical and mental health needs
* Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families
* Administer medications as prescribed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
* Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
* American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
* Formal training in management of aggressive patients
* Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
