Key Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring the maintenance of buildings and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians and other staff members.
  • Perform routine building maintenance, including pressure washing, painting, and ground care.
  • Carpentry and plumbing tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with minor electrical, AC, plumbing, roof, painting, and wall repair preferred.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work outdoors for prolonged periods.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hand/power tools.
