Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a per diem/prn Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem/prn job. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and a current license to practice in Texas. One year of experience is preferred, and the ability to mentor/train staff or supervise clinical interns is a must. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders to facilitate human communication and swallowing ability. The therapist will provide recommendations and assist with program development, while also serving as a resource and mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders
- Provide recommendations and assist with program development
- Serve as a resource and mentor for staff and clinical interns
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- Current license to practice Speech/Language Pathology in Texas
- One year of experience preferred
