Assistant Community Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and community relations.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, developing and maintaining community relationships, utilizing Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, assisting with data entry, and maintaining community office files.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong analytical and organizational ability. Additionally, they will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
