Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, including welcoming guests, managing phone inquiries, and understanding their needs in a friendly manner.
  • Address questions and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Engage in promotional activities to attract new clientele by representing the brand both inside and outside the retail space.
  • Support all operational functions within the store while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment for customers.
  • Comply with all company guidelines and protocols.
  • Willingness to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage.
  • Collaborate with management in the daily operations of the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and transactions as per company policies.
  • Ensure the upkeep of store appearance, including the back room, restrooms, and personal workspace.
  • Enhance customer confidence by ensuring a comfortable and straightforward shopping experience.
  • Assist with additional tasks, duties, or projects as directed by management.
  • Must be capable of working shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours on the sales floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail settings and customer service.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling.
