Business Development Treasury Manager

The Treasury Management Relationship Manager position at Nicolet National Bank offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional banking services to our customers. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining treasury management relationships with commercial clients, generating new deposits and fee income through business development and cross-selling treasury management products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financial needs and identifying opportunities to grow their businesses.
- Collaborate with Commercial Bankers and other staff to deliver exceptional treasury management services to commercial clients, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff and customers on the features and benefits of various treasury management products and services, including online banking, remote deposit capture, and more.
- Lead and mentor the Treasury Management support staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's success.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure timely delivery of treasury management services, resolving any issues that may arise and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Use analytical skills to gather data, write reports, and complete comparative banking fee analyses, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
