Clinical Support Specialist

- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Schedule Management: Manage complex physician schedules, including clinic rotations, hospital rounds, and surgical procedures.
- Medical Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required; completed Medical Assisting School or received a Medical Assistant Certificate preferred. Minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Assistant or related field.
Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
