About the Role:
Randstad North America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure the safe and efficient repair of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and lead a team of A, B, C level, and lead technicians to ensure safe and efficient repairs.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to optimize fleet maintenance.
- Conduct regular shop huddles, fleet walks, coaching, and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Make hiring, termination, and evaluation decisions for the maintenance team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase overall fleet performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or equipment-intensive environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
