We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Lebanon Middle School. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing intensive behavior support services to students.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement behavior support plans for students with significant behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to assess student needs and provide interventions
- Collect and submit data for Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Document student performance and implement Behavior Intervention Plans to affect behavior changes
- Provide direct consultation to the BCBA on data analysis and recommendations for modifications or revisions to Behavior Intervention Plans
- Successful completion of RBT training course and examination for certification
- 60 College Credits, or Associate's Degree, or 457 or greater on ParaPro Assessment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students and adults
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individual differences among students, their families, and school personnel
