Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate, Program Management to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading small to mid-sized projects involving developing technology and products and manufacturing of hardware to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program team and manage or assist managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including integrated master schedule, procurement plans, quality plans, and engineering plans.
- Supervise the execution of project plans in a matrix environment, particularly engineering, supply chain, and operations/manufacturing.
- Effectively manage risk and opportunities.
- Act as customer point of contact responsible for meeting contractual commitments, including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance of assigned projects and programs.
- Establish program strategy, vision, and tactical direction for program execution by project team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MSProject).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field with two (2) years of prior program/project management experience.
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration or similar field with zero (0) to two (2) years of prior program/project management experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (6) years of prior program/project management experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in contributing to business growth by referring new business opportunities to sales and management, assisting with proposals, conducting customer-facing presentations, and other support initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with program/project management or comparable experience in lead roles demonstrating project/program management skill sets, preferably on DoD weapons or safety-critical product development contracts.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Experience with Government FARs.
