Position Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and trustworthy Property Maintenance Specialist to support our operations.

The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.

A positive demeanor and the capability to perform tasks efficiently are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general upkeep duties, including waste disposal, landscaping, and cleaning tasks.
  • Improve the aesthetic appeal and value of the property by ensuring cleanliness and overall presentation.
  • Keep dumpster areas organized and ensure that lids are securely closed.
  • Regularly collect litter, empty waste bins, replace liners, and manage bulk waste removal.
  • Clean and maintain shared spaces, including wiping down benches, railings, window frames, and dusting windows.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or concerns to property management.
  • Perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly or as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, repeatedly as required.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Access to a mobile device for communication purposes.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary, as some shifts may start early in the morning.
  • Comfort with being on your feet for extended durations.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
