Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers to resolve issues and improve their experience.
- Equipment Installation and Maintenance
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage administrative tasks, including timesheets, service work orders, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with Philips' policies and procedures.
- Travel and Communication
- Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
