Position Overview

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely delivery of all dishes.
  • Familiar with all menu items, recipes, and safety standards.
  • Skilled in preparing various food items using kitchen equipment.
  • Arrives on time and maintains adequate food supplies at workstations.
  • Keeps the workspace clean and organized during and after service.
  • Handles and stores food products in compliance with health regulations.
  • Follows opening and closing procedures for kitchen operations.

Culinary Preparation Specialists at Snooze are:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed team players.
  • Experienced, with at least one year in the food service industry.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in high-volume settings.
  • Effective communicators with teammates and management.
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
