Job Summary:

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide medical support services to chronically ill and medically fragile students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be able to work effectively with students, families, and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized physical health care services to students, including catheterization, tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and other procedures as outlined in the guidelines of the California Department of Education and in the scope of practice of the State Licensing Board.

Administer medications and perform prescribed procedures in a timely manner, as outlined by the California Department of Education and in the scope of practice of the State Licensing Board.

Assist in initiating and maintaining confidential health and other related records and reports, including student health records, accident reports, and Medi-Cal logs.

Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure students receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

Graduation from high school and one year of experience in a clinical setting or with chronically ill or medically fragile children desirable.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) certification.

Valid California Driver's License and First Aid and CPR Certification issued by an authorized agency.
