Licensed Vocational Nurse

Wellpath is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Administer medications to patients, following written or oral instructions and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in patient education and health promotion activities to support overall well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform routine medical procedures, such as blood glucose testing and vital sign collection.
- Current unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic knowledge of medications and their administration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
