Medical Director Opportunity in a Picturesque Setting

Hospitalist physicians play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients in hospitals across the country. At Necnic Group, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Medical Director to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess board certification in Internal Medicine and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospitalist role. They should be comfortable working flexible rotating block schedules, including daytime 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and lead by example as a seasoned hospitalist physician
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital operations and patient outcomes
- Mentor and support junior staff members to ensure seamless teamwork
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $285,000 to $325,000 per year, along with student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Our facility also offers on-site child daycare, making it an attractive option for families.
In addition to these benefits, we offer a bonus eligible structure that rewards high performers. Our community is known for its picturesque landscapes, outdoor recreational opportunities, and access to excellent schools and cultural resources.
