Job SummaryThe Clinical Nursing Instructor will be responsible for teaching nursing students in a clinical setting, providing instruction and guidance to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Teach nursing students in a clinical setting, providing instruction and guidance on patient care and medical procedures.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum to meet the needs of nursing students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to ensure that students receive a comprehensive education.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of an Associate degree and six years of experience as a Registered Nurse, or a Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of experience providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred QualificationsApplicants with experience in clinical teaching or a Master's degree in nursing education are preferred.
