Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, assessing their physical, emotional, and socio-cultural needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement provision, or a bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least one full year of professional nursing experience, or a diploma or associate degree in professional nursing.
- Current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a critical care setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as approved by the American Heart Association (AHA).
