  • Oversee daily operations, including rent collection, financial oversight, resident screening, and property upkeep.
  • Collaborate with local regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Manage property sales, leasing activities, and renovation projects.
  • Lead and mentor property staff to ensure high performance.
  • Handle vendor relationships and financial authorizations.
