About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at La Bonne Maison Inc. As a key member of our community administrator team, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Collaborate with the community administrator to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
  • High school graduate and minimum 18 years of age.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
